Better Luck Next Month

Well...not luck, but I couldn't think of another way to put it. My husband had to leave last minute for a work trip so I am on my own w/ 2 little ones PLUS my photography biz which is super busy right now!

I have been off my game this week w/ eating and exercise but will be back on full force next week. :)

I hope to check everyone's blogs soon...I cannot believe some of you girls lost 18, 17, 15 lbs in ONE MONTH!!! How?? That is just awesome!!!! Motivation for me.

I am down 2.5 lbs...not bad since it is weight lost, but not good either if I want to meet my goals!

Yikes...bad about blogging!!!

It's been busy around here w/ the usual daily hustle that comes along with a 3 year old (a high maintenance 3 yo!) and a 5 month old. We all got sick (except for August) and we all still have lingering coughs! Annoying. Plus I've been busy w/ work and my husband has been traveling for work. ARGH!

Because of the cough I was unable to work out a few days. Then one day of spinning got canceled and rescheduled for a time I could not make it.

I am burning the candle at both ends here, but doing the best I can! I don't think I've lost anymore, but I haven't gained either. I am back to spinning 3 times this week (2 down already!) and I plan to make it to the gym 2 other times. Need to get some weight training in!

I will hopefully keep up w/ this blog a bit better than I have!!!

Three pounds down...

47 to go! Haha. In all seriousness, I DO have an ultimate weight loss goal but baby steps here! I am hoping to be down 25 by Christmas (or around that time).

I am happy that my weight is FINALLY budging! I have been counting calories and working out like mad. Well, until I got sick this week! Only one spinning workout in this week it is back ON! I am really excited to finally see the scale budging. I have lost 7 lbs since July 20th so in less than 2 months...that's a good start! :)

UGH...bad day.

So I had a bad day and it's only day 3!!! I started off with good intentions by going for brisk walk w/ August. Then I had a good breakfast and then I just snacked all day! I think I am probably within my calorie count for the day BUT I don't even want to go there. Ugh.

Oh well...back on it tomorrow! I've already seen a two pound deficit on the scale after 4 days...woohooo!

I plan to hit the gym twice more this week... (making it 5 days at the gym and 6 days of exercise in general!)

I have been TRYING to lose weight since having my baby in April! I did happen to take off most of the baby weight, but there is a stubborn 6 lbs lingering ALONG with oh another 35-45 lbs to take off! Cough cough. It's tough to admit, but true.

SO, in an effort to get rid of those oh so attractive thunder thighs, and adorable muffin top, I am stepping it up a notch!

I have been going to spinning class (translation: 75 minutes of torture) twice a week for a few months now. I have also been "watching" what I eat. I tried weight watchers, to no avail and decided to give it a go solo for a while. didn't work. Although I have taken off inches and toned up quite a bit, the scale barely budges.

I am very excited to start this fun journey with all of you fellow "Biggest Losers" and can't wait to get to know you all!
